Agreement
Please read these Terms before using this page. InjuredPal is operated by Verus Mart. Email injuredpal@gmail.com.
By using the page, sending information, or checking the consent box, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the attorney advertising notice at the bottom of the page. If you do not agree, do not use the page.
Who may use this page
You must be at least 18. Your information must be true and about you, or about a person you are allowed to act for.
What we are
Verus Mart is a legal marketing company. We are not a law firm, a lawyer, or a lawyer referral service. We do not give legal advice or representation, and we do not judge a claim. Nothing on this page is legal advice. Sending information does not create an attorney-client relationship. That starts only when you and a licensed lawyer sign a written agreement. Information you send is not protected by attorney-client privilege.
The service
We send what you submit to participating attorneys and marketing partners. A partner may send it to a law firm it works with, so they may contact you. Partners pay for this advertising. We do not endorse them or promise their qualifications. You may ask for an attorney by name. Choosing a lawyer should not be based only on an ad. We do not promise that anyone will contact you or take your case. Services may not be available in every state.
Calls, texts, and emails about your claim come from any partners of Verus Mart, not from Verus Mart.
Consent to be contacted
If you check the box, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and you consent to calls, texts, and emails about your workers' compensation claim at the number and email you provided, including by autodialer and by AI-generated or prerecorded voice, from any partners of Verus Mart, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not required to hire an attorney or to make a purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out.
Advertising and results
This page is attorney advertising. It may include dramatizations, paid actors or spokespersons, stock images, and AI-generated content. Those do not show real clients, lawyers, or events. Any figures are examples and do not predict a result. Past results do not guarantee a similar outcome. "No fee unless you win" refers to attorney fees only. You may still owe costs. Sending this form is not notice to an employer or the filing of a claim. A false workers' compensation claim can be a crime. Deadlines vary by state and can be short.
Verus Mart is not part of any government agency, workers' compensation board, employer, or insurer, and not Google, Meta, or YouTube.
A few state notes
California: a false workers' compensation claim can be a felony, with prison or a fine. Florida: a claim statement you know is false, made to defraud, can be insurance fraud. Texas: this is lead generation and advertising, not a lawyer referral service. North Carolina: legal services for a resident there would come only from an independent attorney licensed there.
Other terms
Use the page only for a lawful purpose. The page is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Verus Mart is not liable for a partner's services or for indirect damages. Email injuredpal@gmail.com about a dispute and allow 30 days for a reply. A lawyer should review these Terms before you rely on them. Except where a US privacy or calling law applies, these Terms follow the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
